Registration and Licensure Requirements:

Experience:

This position will be located in Irving, TX at our headquarters for our North American region.

Job Summary:
Incumbent will be responsible for creating, updating and approving label designs for current and new products. Work to ensure 100% product labeling compliance across multiple plants and customers.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to conduct computer generated nutritional analysis
• Ability to generate regulatory compliant labels for printing including standard of identity, net weights, serving sizes, barcodes and allergens
• Ensure nutrition and labeling information is updated and accurate
• Ensure compliance with unique ingredient requirements
• Answer technical nutrition and labeling questions for sales, operations, and customers
• Audit of plant labeling procedures and practices to ensure compliance with government regulations are being followed.
• Create database of current labels
