Instead of the typical weight-loss New Year’s resolution, try these simple lifestyle changes!

  • Eat 4-5 mini-meals a day
  • Add filling protein and fiber at every meal
  • Exercise 30-60 minutes most days of the week
  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Stay hydrated
  • Portion control
  • Incorporate at least 1 fruit or vegetable at every meal and snack
