Are you looking for a nutrition expert to help you get to the truth about nutrition? The Dallas Dietetic Association’s Speakers’ Bureau is here to help! This group of seasoned Registered Dietitians have years of experience speaking to community groups, professional organizations,
and work site wellness programs—locally and nationally. They will provide the expertise and quality you are looking for. Presentations are customized to meet your needs. Areas of expertise include:

  • Nutrition for healthy lifestyles
  • Eating disorders
  • Exercise and sports nutrition
  • Nutrition for weight loss surgery, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc.
  • Culinary and nutrition trends
  • Nutrition and social media
  • Food safety
  • Mindful/intuitive eating
  • Cooking demos
  • Nutrition for arthritis
  • Eating to lower blood pressure
  • Health promotion and disease prevention

Potassium

Did you know potassium rich fruits and vegetables may help preserve muscle mass in older adults? Experts estimate that most Americans consume only half the recommended amount of potassium. Foods high in potassium include:
