About:

Dee is a nutrition educator, clinical dietitian and professional speaker in private practice who has worked many years with the emotional and nutritional needs of both young and adult clients with eating disorders and weight management issues who have benefited from lifestyle modifications and medical nutritional therapy. She ran the outpatient nutrition clinic at Baylor Grapevine for almost 10 years and has been an instructor at TCC and TWU.

     
 
Clientele:

Her medical nutrition therapy focus is on preteen to adult male and female patients with eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder.
Her clientele also includes children and adults with hypoglycemia, obesity and metabolic syndrome with whom she focuses on lifestyle behavior modification for weight loss, which include stress management, routine exercise, quality sleep as well as healthy daily eating habits and meal patterns. She also sees patients exhibiting GI disorders, such as celiac disease, IBS, Crohn’s and cardiac conditions.
