About:
Elizabeth provides out patient nutrition education at Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano. She is a registered/licensed dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and certified in adult weight management. She can help you and your family gain the knowledge you need to improve your health through food and lifestyle choices. Together you will develop a healthy eating plan to achieve your goals. She will work with you to include foods you like and teach you how to include all foods in a healthy lifestyle.

Elizabeth specializes in the following:

  • Diabetes – works with the Diabetes Program at Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano, which is recognized by the American Diabetes Association. Click here
  • Weight loss surgery – works with the Nicholson Clinic for Obesity Surgery at Baylor Plano to provide a comprehensive program to teach you how to eat healthy before and after weight loss surgery. She also offers nutrition education for patients whose insurance requires they see a dietitian before they are approved for surgery. www.nicholsonclinic.com
  • Weight loss - An individualized program designed to meet your weight loss goals and needs. You will work together to develop healthy eating habits at home and when eating out.
  • Determining daily calorie needs with an accurate metabolic measurement.
