About:

Eve has experience as a sports nutrition consultant and keeps her personal training certification up to date. She currently serves a versatile client base in her private practice including recreational and elite athletes. Additionally, she works with several local organizations on improving sports performance and weight management through proper nutrition.

After a childhood career of competitive cheerleading and gymnastics, Eve completed Ironman Brazil in 2006. That accomplishment was after completing 3 century rides, 2 marathons, 5 Olympic triathlons, and 3 Half Ironman triathlons. Currently, she has taken up mountain biking with hopes of participating in an adventure race soon.
