Eve has experience as a nutritional consultant and certified personal trainer. She currently serves a versatile client base in her private practice, ranging from individual improvement of disease indicators to the Ironman Triathlete. Additionally, she works with several local organizations on improving sports performance and weight management through proper nutrition.

After a childhood career of competitive cheerleading, Eve has recently completed Ironman Brazil. That accomplishment was after completing 3 century rides, 2 marathons, 5 Olympic triathlons, and 3 Half Ironman triathlons. Her services include:
