| Biography
Eve Pearson Rodgers, RD, CSSD, LD, managing owner of Nutriworks Comprehensive Nutrition Consulting, is a diversely experienced sports nutrition consultant well-regarded throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. A frequently requested speaker, Eve is a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), past certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), and nutrition counselor. In her private practice, Eve specializes in sports nutrition, wellness, and fitness. Some of the organizations and teams she currently consults for are: Major League Soccer’s FC Dallas, Michael Johnson Performance, Instinct Volleyball Club, Leukemia Society’s Team in Training Programs in DFW, and YMCA Downtown Dallas. A former collegiate cheerleader, Eve also competed as a triathlete and marathoner for six years and completed Ironman Brazil successfully. In her youth, she competed as a gymnast and cheerleader. Currently, she has taken up mountain biking with hopes of finishing her first adventure race soon and resumed running to finally qualify for Boston Marathon. Eve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Coordinated Dietetics from Texas Christian University. She will receive a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas in 2009. Eve is a member of numerous professional organizations including: Dallas Dietetic Association’s Executive Board and Speaker’s Bureau; American Dietetic Association (ADA); Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN); Nutrition Entrepreneurs (NE); National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and International Sports Nutrition Society (ISSN). Eve’s unique experience allows her to offer her clients a customized approach to nutrition through client education, menu planning, goal assessment, recommendations and application of techniques. She instructs and motivates both recreational and seasoned athletes from their training through their competition day and helps clients effectively reach a healthy weight and body fat composition through nutrition.
